Terms of service
These terms govern access to Malyon. By creating an account or accepting an invitation, you agree to them on behalf of yourself or the subscribing company.
Service and professional responsibility
Malyon provides software for records, workflows, reports and integrations. It does not replace a licensed accountant, tax agent, lawyer, auditor, bank or government portal. The customer remains responsible for classifications, source evidence, filings, payments and statutory deadlines.
Accounts, roles and data
Keep credentials confidential, use individual accounts and grant only necessary permissions. Workspace owners are responsible for invited users and the lawfulness, accuracy and backup of submitted data. Demo data must not be treated as real accounting evidence.
Documents and integrations
Generated PDFs are delivered on demand and need not be permanently stored by Malyon. External banks, payment gateways, OpenAI, StoreDome, ASP/eInvoicing and government services remain subject to their own availability, credentials and terms. A displayed integration does not mean it is activated.
Subscriptions and availability
Plan limits, fees and renewal dates are shown in the account or commercial offer. We may maintain, secure or suspend the service where necessary. Planned changes will be communicated when practicable; uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
Acceptable use and ownership
Do not upload unlawful content, bypass permissions, attack the service or use it to mislead authorities or counterparties. Customers retain rights to their data; Malyon retains rights to the platform, design and software.
Termination and liability
Owners may export data before closing a workspace. Statutory records should be independently retained. To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited to direct proven loss and fees paid for the affected service period; indirect business or tax losses are excluded.
